去了九個國家第一次發生這種情況，一打開被子竟然還有血跡有點搞笑了，酒店的衞生非常堪憂，讓人心裡非常膈應，噁心。我預訂的大床房給了我兩個單人小床非常之小。前台第一次給我們的房卡還是無效的刷不開，有多跑一趟，酒店大堂客人都擠在一起，非常混亂沒秩序。去吧枱喝東西，和服務員要個空杯子是需要等十分鐘才上來的。酒店內設也非常差，很簡陋，根本不是四千多一晚的標準。趕緊花錢買了罪受，四星的酒店頂多兩星的標準。房間wifi也是非常卡，最高溫度衹能調到23.5度非常冷。陽台能看見艾菲爾鐵塔景色還是很美的。總結：除了地理位置這個酒店我找不出任何優點，相反全是缺點。連最基本的衞生都不能保證。

地點絕佳，陽台房都可以看到巴黎鐵塔，房間床墊很軟很舒服，櫃檯人員服務態度很好，但也是有些缺點，淋浴設備相對維護狀況不好，地毯很髒的感覺，櫃檯跟行李服務的完整性不太足夠，房價上偏貴，但以看到巴黎鐵塔為目標的話，這裡是很好的選擇

酒店的地理位置非常好，步行去艾菲爾鐵塔衹需要幾分鐘。服務很好，打掃衞生也很及時很乾凈。帶客廳的套房非常寬敞。早餐OK，可是唯一不滿意的是每天的早餐都是一模一樣的菜式沒有變化，包括青菜都是一模一樣的！下次再來會優先選擇這家酒店！

This so-called five-star hotel may enjoy a prime location next to the Eiffel Tower, but the reality is deeply disappointing for the price they charge. The central issue, and one that ruins the entire stay, is the ancient air-conditioning system. It can only produce either heating or cooling—not both—and the creaky controls offer no real control at all. We stayed in late September when the afternoons were still hot and sunny, and the room became unbearable. Opening the window wasn’t an option either, since it just brought in street noise and light, making rest impossible. When I complained, the staff first tried to mislead me by saying they would send a technician to “fix” it, as if this were a problem isolated to my room. Of course, they knew full well this is a general, long-standing issue built into the system. Instead of any actual solution, they then attempted to placate me with complimentary coffee and champagne—which I pointedly returned. Reading other reviews confirmed I was not alone. Many guests describe the exact same problem, and management appears content to ignore it. For a hotel that charges luxury rates and claims five-star status, the lack of a modern climate system is unacceptable and feels like outright negligence. My advice: avoid this hotel entirely in spring or autumn when temperatures fluctuate. If comfort matters at all to you, spend your money elsewhere—this place is only trading on its view of the Eiffel Tower, nothing more.

千萬不要住這家，建議你們住香榭麗舍大道去，這家門口除了有個艾菲爾鐵塔什麼都沒有，而且香榭麗舍離鐵塔很近，走路半小時以內就能走到，完全沒必要住這家，這家平均5000多的價格，香榭麗舍才2000多，真的坑死了，房間小的跟雜物間房間似的，陽台也不能把艾弗爾鐵塔看全，如果要在陽台拍照的話會用很奇怪的姿勢探出去，反正就是不值他這個價格。避雷避雷，希望大家聽勸

I had an awesome stay here .The room given to me was top draw with a spectacular view of Eiffel Tower! A special shoutout to hotel staff Mr Kovadio who was very professional and friendly when receiving us and helping me to get the best possible room to view Eiffel Tower . Thanks a lot Kovadio and the crews from Pullman for being such good host to the hotel guests . Keep it up !👍

The stays were absolutely amazing! Great location near the Eiffel Tower. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury - For sure, I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to take a close up photo with Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from - Exceptional service from the restaurant staff.
